We are excited to welcome you to our in-person 2023 Habitat Florida Affiliate Conference!

This year’s theme is Be the Change: Build More, Serve More. Given the affordable housing crisis that exists in our state and pressures experienced by all affiliates in the 5 “L’s” Labor, Lumber, Land, Lending, and Laws, our affiliates have had to constantly pivot to serve our communities. Change is persistent and yet in spite of all the challenges, the majority of our affiliates are scaling up to build more and serve more.

Based on your feedback from our conference survey, we have built an affiliate conference to fit your needs! There will be 4 plenary sessions where all attendees gather together and plenty of time set aside for networking and making new connections. We have also lined up an incredible slate of sponsors and vendors to share their wealth of knowledge with our affiliate network!

Each night, dinner will be on your own. Because this area was hit hard by Hurricane Nicole, we are encouraging everyone to enjoy the many local dining options nearby! Your conference badge will get you discounts - more information will be provided as it becomes available.

Thank you for your participation! If you are looking to book your rooms for the conference, you can do so below. The hotel will discount the taxes with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. This conference is exclusively for Florida affiliate employees and volunteers. Please note, The Shores is a boutique hotel and has limited guest room capacity. If you are unable to book a room at The Shores, you can try the Delta Hotel, or any other hotel nearby.

COVID-19 Information: Vaccination is not required to attend the conference. However, all attendees, sponsors, and speakers are responsible for continually monitoring themselves to assess if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Participants experiencing symptoms are required to isolate until they can be tested for COVID-19 by a health official. 

Symptoms of COVID-19 can include: • Fever or chills • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Fatigue • Muscle or body aches • Headache • New loss of taste or smell • Sore throat • Congestion or runny nose • Nausea or vomiting • Diarrhea
